Assured Testing Resources is dedicated to the preservation of personal information and privacy. We do not advocate the abuse of ANY substance - legal or illegal. Substance abuse has caused untold personal tragedy as well as the loss of countless millions of dollars. We completely support those individuals and organizations that work so diligently to end it.
We DO NOT, however, support the testing of body fluids to fight a war on drugs. It is time to face facts. For 20 years personal liberties have been gradually infringed upon in the name of substance abuse eradication - yet abuse continues. Testing body fluids for a drug metabolite does not accurately reflect an individual's impairment level. Rather, we advocate testing of performance and cognitive ability as a standard.
Our position on urine substitution is fundamental  - innocence until guilt is proven. Although our product can be used to falsify drug testing results, we presume that our users are drug free to begin with. Products specifically designed and marketed to beat drug testing are numerous and have been available for many years. Just as any product can be used for purposes other than those intended, so too can our product be misused.
We will not reply to information requests or orders where falsification is suspected. We have and will continue to terminate contact with any request where mis-use of our product is suspected. We have collected a number of emails over the years and will be happy to provide excerpts  to any credible agency that questions our motivation. The submission of urine - or any other body fluid - for drug or nicotine testing poses a genuine threat to the right of individuals to be secure in the confidentiality of their medical history. Although not fully realized by most, diagnostic medical information CAN easily be obtained from urine submitted for such testing. The 'tools' that allow the invasion can be obtained at most pharmacies by anybody - no questions asked. We provide a method to ensure the security of those who are concerned about this intrusion.
